Два малки натюрморта с формат, близък до А4. Изпълнение - масло, платно върху дъска. Поради своите размери и навика ми да бързам ми отнеха малко време, в рамките на няколко часа.
Първият беше импулсивен. Случиха ми се под ръка две хубави ябълки и реших да ги увековеча набързо, преди да ги изям.
Вторият го обмислих и се снабдих с малко повече материал. Вкл. и каренцето под чинийката, останало от ученическите ми години. Разбира се - и тези витамини са изконсумирани.
И двата трябваше да ги рисувам докато грее слънце през прозореца на ателието. Усещането да рисувам такива простички неща е просто несравнимо - леко и приятно, без никакви принудителни условности

Two small still life paintings with a paper size similar to A4. Performance- oil, canvas on wood panel. Because of the small size and my habit to always be in a hurry, it took me a little time to do it, about a couple of hours.
The first one was an impulsive one. It happened so that I had two nice apples at hand and I decided to immortalize them before I could eat them.
I did more thinking for the second one and I gathered more material for it. I also included the facecloth underneath the little plate, which has been preserved since I was a student. Of course these vitamins were also consumed.
I had to paint both of them while still there was sunshine through the studio window. The feeling I get while painting such simple things is incomparable- easygoing and nice, without any conventionalities.

Това е най-новата мацка, която сътворих с Painter. Тази програмка ми е спестила вече доста ребра.
Целта беше да постигна ефекти от играта на светлината с помоща на "подръчни" средства в чернобялата гама.
Инструментите, които ползвах са Charcoal, малко Pen тула и порядъчно замахване с Blenders - аналог на Smudge Tool във фотошоп.

This is the latest chick that I have created by means of the Painter program. This program has saved me a lot of time.
I aimed to achieve light effects with the tools at hand in the grayscale palette.
The tools that I have used are Charcoal, a little bit of the Pen tool and quite a stroke of Blenders- an analogue of the Smudge tool in Photoshop.

Гледайки популярна снимка на Джим, ми се прииска да направя малка стилизация. Инспирирах се от една обложка от CD на Queen.
Използвах големия набор супер четки в Corel Painter и по-специално Pen и Chalk.
Единствено компресията за публикуване извърших във Photoshop, заради удобния преглед в реално време.

While looking at a famous picture of Jim, I got the idea to do some stylizing of it. I was inspired by a Queen CD cover.
I have applied a great variety of brushes in Corel Painter and namely Pen and Chalk brushes.
I only did the compression in Photoshop because of the need of more quick and convenient real time preview of the image.

Несебърска вечер. 21/15cm
Гваш, картон.
Техниката не е много по-разалична от техниката с масло. Цветовете са  наситени и лесно се постига контраст.
Не съм забелязал потъмняване на светлите и изсветляване на тъмните нюанси след съхнене, уж характерни за гваша. Може да се дължи на особения картон който ползвам. Тепърва ще правя опити с друга хартия.

Нямаше как да не нарисувам тази красавица. Още повече, че беше така любезна да позира за серия снимки от които подбрах няколко за бъдещи работи.

There was no way not to paint this beauty. Moreover, she was quite kind to pose for a series of pictures from which I have selected some for my future projects.
